Abstract
⺠ZnS and Eu-doped ZnS nanowires were grown by using CVD method. ⺠Two distinctive photoluminescence emission peaks were observed from both samples. ⺠These peaks are identified as surface related and dopant related peaks and they show different thermal quenching behavior.
