Abstract
►The interaction between bisphenol A (BPA) and human serum albumin (HSA) was investigated. ► The interaction between degraded BPA solution and HSA was also studied. ► The fluorescence quenching mode of HSA initiated by BPA was obtained. ► The number of binding site (n) and binding constant (KD) and their binding distances (r) between BPA and HSA were calculated.
