Abstract
The photoluminescence properties of Y1âx(PO3)3:xEu3+ (0 Research highlights⺠The (PO3)33âgroups and CT bands of O2â-Y3+ can efficiently absorb the VUV excited energy. ⺠The absorbed energy by the host matrix can be efficiently transferred to Eu3+ under VUV excitation. ⺠The excitation and energy transfer approach is different under 147 nm and 172 nm excitation.
