Abstract
► Ilaprazole affinity for BSA has been investigated with or without Cu2+ or Fe3+. ► Cu2+ and Fe3+ decreased the affinities of ilaprazole to BSA. ► Cu2+ and Fe3+ had competitive binding site with ilaprazole.
