Abstract
⺠A new method based on the use of LiBr was developed to enhance nine times the photoluminescence of porous silicon. ⺠The LiBr covers the silicon nanoparticles without changing in the optical excitation and emission spectra. ⺠We observed a significant decrease of the reflectivity in the 350-500 nm spectral range.
