Abstract
⺠Procaine or tetracaine hydrochloride quenching the fluorescence of Trp in BSA was a static quenching process. ⺠Synchronous fluorescence was applied to study the structural change of BSA. ⺠Binding constant, binding site and binding force were determined. ⺠Voltammetry techniques further characterized the nature of the interactions of the two drugs with BSA.
