Abstract
⺠This paper is described using nano-scale particles to fabricate high efficiency Zn2SiO4 green phosphor Particles. ⺠The measured results also compare with one commercial product fabricated by Nichia Corp. ⺠We show that the fabricated Zn2SiO4 green phosphor has better photoluminescence (PL) characteristics than the commercial product does.
