Abstract
⺠The interaction of DAM with ct-DNA is a static enhancing type. ⺠DAM can slide into the G-C rich region of ct-DNA. ⺠The binding of DAM to ct-DNA is enthalpy controlled. ⺠The hydrogen bonding forces play an essential role in the binding process.
