Abstract
The formation of excimers of 2,2-difluoro-4-(9-anthracyl)-6-methyl-1,3,2-dioxaborine (1) in crystals was investigated with using the X-ray structural analysis method. The presence of two emission centers was proven. Photodimerization of 1 in crystals and as adsorbed on silica gel was investigated by means of luminescent spectroscopy and fluorescent microscopy.
