Abstract
ZnWO4 powders, synthesized using co-precipitation technique and annealed in air at different temperatures in the range of 80-800âC, were studied by Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopy. ZnWO4 single crystal was used for comparison. The interpretation of the observed variations of the Raman spectra and intrinsic photoluminescence band upon annealing is suggested.
