Abstract
- The multiplicity-separated (MS) 1H-15N and 1H-13C HSQC experiments are presented.
- The MS-HSQC pulse sequence has better separation and sensitivity than the standard edited HSQC.
- The MS-HSQCs work on biomolecule samples at natural abundance in aqueous solution and can be applied to protein drugs.
