Abstract
► An high-Q superconducting microstrip resonator for pulsed ESR is described. ► The novel configuration of the microstrip lines enables a uniform microwave field. ► Strong coupling effects are seen due to the low mode volume of the resonator. ► One-dimensional ESR imaging is performed via nutation spectroscopy. ► The performances of the resonator make it a useful probe for thin film samples.
