Abstract
▸ We propose a new method to accurately measure one-bond 13C-1H couplings and RDCs. ▸ The method avoids interference from non-first-order (strongly) coupled 1H's. ▸ The couplings are determined using a novel quantitative-J NMR pulse sequence. ▸ We accurately determine one-bond 13C-1H RDCs without independently measuring 1H-1H RDCs. ▸ Our robust method reduces errors incurred from frequency differences by 10-fold.
