Abstract
⸠We investigated the effects of a broadband 180° pulse at the location of the first echo in PRESS (gPRESS). ⸠Selective spectral modulations of strongly coupled spins were observed. ⸠No effects occurred on singlet and weakly coupled resonances. ⸠The phenomenon is due to coherence transfer occurring during the evolution periods. ⸠It is essential to assess the effects of broadband 180° pulses on strongly coupled spins.
