Abstract
► We monitor the diffusion of paramagnetic molecules into microcapsules by NMR imaging. ► Measurements of concentrations as a function of time and space are performed. ► Diffusion coefficients are obtained by comparing with numerical simulations. ► Capsule dissolution under gastrointestinal conditions is investigated.
