Abstract
⺠Polycrystalline ice can be viewed as a low porosity porous media. ⺠Magnetic relaxation time and diffusion measurements are tools to characterize ice structure. ⺠Recrystallization inhibition was detected due to ice binding activity of microbial proteins.
