Abstract
⺠We developed an electrically mobile MRI system for outdoor fruit studies. ⺠We measured NMR parameters of harvested and in situ pear fruit for 3 months. ⺠We clarified that the relaxation mechanism of the protons is the surface relaxation. ⺠This is the first long-time outdoor fruit study by a portable MRI system.
