Abstract
► A method is propose to suppress background signals in solid state NMR. ► Like ERETIC™, an electronic signal is injected to mimic the background signal. ► The shape and frequency of this signal are obtained by spectral deconvolution. ► A shaped pulse is then generated and mixed with the FID during acquisition. ► The 180 phase shift of the artificial signal leads to the background cancellation.
