Abstract
⺠A method is propose to suppress background signals in solid state NMR. ⺠Like ERETICâ¢, an electronic signal is injected to mimic the background signal. ⺠The shape and frequency of this signal are obtained by spectral deconvolution. ⺠A shaped pulse is then generated and mixed with the FID during acquisition. ⺠The 180 phase shift of the artificial signal leads to the background cancellation.
