Abstract
⺠Mellin transform is useful in analyzing NMR CPMG data in inhomogeneous fields. ⺠It provides moments, useful in characterizing porous media and hydrocarbons. ⺠Linear transform and easy to apply to NMR data. ⺠Has smaller bias and variance, in comparison to traditional algorithms. ⺠Has many applications for petro-physical characterization.
