Abstract
► Three different techniques (adiabatic DCP, OCDCP, and EXPORT) are compared for 15N-13C transfers. ► OCDCP has comparable or better transfer efficiencies than adiabatic DCP. ► OCDCP is experimentally robust, highly band-selective, and uses low RF powers. ► Due to multi-spin effects, OCDCP works best for samples with non-uniform 13C labeling.
