Abstract
⺠Three different techniques (adiabatic DCP, OCDCP, and EXPORT) are compared for 15N-13C transfers. ⺠OCDCP has comparable or better transfer efficiencies than adiabatic DCP. ⺠OCDCP is experimentally robust, highly band-selective, and uses low RF powers. ⺠Due to multi-spin effects, OCDCP works best for samples with non-uniform 13C labeling.
