Abstract
⺠The first direct MR measurements of supercritical fluids under flow in porous media and a capillary are presented. ⺠The fluid dynamics of supercritical C2F6 is studied with velocity maps and displacement propagators. ⺠Pressures were tested surrounding the critical pressure and at temperatures surrounding the critical temperature. ⺠The fluid dynamics at the supercritical state are highly sensitive to temperature gradients and buoyancy effects are evident. ⺠The fluid dynamics of this supercritical fluid is tunable near the critical point.
