Abstract
⺠We examine the influence of BP excitations on low-temperature T1 in glassy systems. ⺠We introduce the QLV model into electron spin relaxation formalism for the first time. ⺠We predict frequency dependence of 1/T1 for phonon density of states related to BP modes.
