Abstract
► Sub-sampled reconstruction of multi-dimensional diffusion propagator measurements. ► Full characterization of non-Gaussian anisotropic diffusion requires high resolution multi-dimensional experiments. ► Compressed Sensing (CS) has been shown to be able to accelerate MR imaging. ► We experimentally show that CS allows for >32× acceleration of 2D and 3D diffusion propagator measurements.
