Abstract
⺠Deuteration of [15]N-glutamine reduces R1 â¼3-fold. ⺠Solvent catalyzed D/H exchange permits indirect detection of [15]N polarization. ⺠Hyperpolarized [15]N-glutamine is visible for more than 60 s.
