Abstract
âºCardiac-induced physiological noise in 3D brain imaging is measured and modeled. ⺠Manifestations of noise in reconstructed image depend on k-space sampling trajectory. ⺠Random sampling (cf. compressed sensing) produces significant noise manifestations. ⺠Separating the acquisition at k and âk by a tuned time interval may reduce noise.
