Abstract
⺠We analyze systematic errors in dipolar-coupling measurements in solids under MAS. ⺠The REDOR sequence has the smallest errors if protons are diluted. ⺠T-MREV also leads to small errors but can only be used at low MAS frequencies. ⺠Accurate dipolar couplings are important for the quantification of dynamics in proteins.
