Abstract
⺠A method for measuring the noise figure of preamplifiers at NMR frequencies. ⺠Variable effective source impedances are realized by lumped-element tuning. ⺠High precision of 0.01 dB in repeated noise figure measurements. ⺠Derived noise parameters show good agreement with theory of noisy linear two-ports.
