Abstract
⺠Two approaches to 1-D T2 distribution mapping with phase-encode MRI are presented. ⺠In Scheme A, the T2-weighting of magnetization precedes the spatial encoding. ⺠In Scheme B, the T2-weighting follows the spatial encoding. ⺠The sequences allow to measure T2 as short as 0.3 ms.
