Abstract
The epinephrine sensor TX-100 modified carbon paste electrode was designed using cyclic voltammetric technique. The modified electrode was prepared by simple and reliable immobilization method. The TX-100 on the carbon paste electrode ejects its hydrophilic part towards the solution which leads to the interaction between the TX-100 and epinephrine. The improved sensitivity and selectivity revealed that the TX-100/CPE acts as good electrocatalyst. This modified electrode was also applied to the analysis of epinephrine in injection sample.128
