Abstract
The interaction between bovine serum albumin (BSA) and the cationic monomeric and gemini surfactants have been investigated by surface tension, conductivity, viscometer, fluorescence and UV-Visible spectrophotometer at 300Â K and pHÂ 7. Gemini surfactants behave as better denaturing agents than monomeric surfactant.
