Abstract
The figure depicts structural components of dendrimer as MTX drug vehicle in PBS + 10% DMSO for in vitro modeling to have controlled drug release. Dendrimer on extending R to -CH3, -CH2CH3 and -CH2CH2CH3 forms TTDMM, TTDEM and TTDPM respectively for larger and intensified void spaces as drug binding areas. The heights of colored columns depict MTX % release in 10 h under similar experimental conditions.114
