Study on interactions of saccharides and their derivatives with potassium phosphate monobasic (1:1 electrolyte) in aqueous solutions at different temperatures

The apparent molar volume (V2,ϕ) increases with molality (m) and also with temperature. The V2,ϕ value is lowest at 288.15 K as depicted by the blue region while it increases up to the orange region at higher temperature.
