Abstract
For the first time the Hammett acidity function (H0) has been measured for phosphoric acid in N,N-dimethylformamide using nitro-substituted primary aromatic amine indicators. H0 was determined over the wide concentration range from 0.8 to 16 mol/l (0.1 to 0.97 molar fraction; 8 to 97 wt.%) at 298 ± 0.1 K.
