Abstract
⺠The reactant with flour substituent has the lowest C-N stretching force constant (frequency) which can better be broken. ⺠The C-X with more electronegative substituent is converted to products faster. ⺠The contribution of nonbonding electrons to the nonspherical charge distribution is greater than that of the bonding electrons.
