Abstract
► Ultra-fine super self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery systems (SNEDDS) were prepared. ► SNEDDS were studied for solubility and dissolution enhancement of indomethacin (IND). ► Optimized SNEDDS possessed thermodynamic stability and self-emulsification tests. ► More than 98% drug release was obtained from F1 in 60 min. ► Aqueous solubility of IND was significantly enhanced by optimized SNEDDS.
