Abstract
► Butylatedhydroxyanisole and sodium dodecyl sulfate interactions are investigated. ► Presences of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions are evaluated. ► Evaluation of thermodynamic parameters provides the BHA location within micelle. ► BHA undergoes reasonable conformational changes in presence of SDS.
