Abstract
⺠Macromolecule surfactant was successfully used in electrochemical sensing. ⺠PVP greatly enhanced the oxidation response signal of acyclovir. ⺠Oxidation mechanism of acyclovir on PVP surface was studied. ⺠A novel and sensitive electrochemical method was developed for acyclovir detection.
