Abstract
⺠Acridine orange forms protonated dye-surfactant ion pair with anionic surfactants. ⺠Spectrophotometric and surface tension behavior evidence the formation. ⺠Two CMC's of the surfactants in presence of AO revealed from surface tension. ⺠Fluorescence behavior provides insight to the microenvironment of AO.
