Abstract
⺠Inability to detect low concentrations of ascorbic acid makes it a unique electrode material as a sensor for dopamine. ⺠Ability of MCPE/Rhodamine B to detect micromolar concentrations of dopamine in presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid. ⺠Wide linear dynamic range for dopamine at physiological pH for any electro-polymerization technique. ⺠MCPE/Rhodamine B has shown good reproducibility, sensitivity and stability.
