Abstract
⺠PAn-SiO2 nanocomposite was prepared. ⺠A novel H2O2 sensor based on PAn-SiO2/DTAB film is developed for hemoglobin studied. ⺠The sensor shows good electrocatalytic responses to the reduction of H2O2. ⺠The electron transfer rate constant and Michaelis-Menten constant were evaluated.
