Abstract
► Mixing enthalpies of N-(N-glycylglycyl) glycine with xylitol and D-mannitol are determined. ► Enthalpic interaction coefficients (hxy) are calculated according to excess enthalpy theory. ► Effects of the concentration of sodium chloride and the hydrogen bonds of polyols on change trend of hxy are obtained.
