Abstract
► The fasting of response time and spontaneous polarization in MWCNT doped sample over pure FLC samples has been observed. ► The improvement in physical properties of FLC materials is due to addition of MWCNTs. ► The results in doped and pure cells have been compared and discussed on the basis of ion trapping phenomena.
