Abstract
⺠We obtained new thermotropic azobenzene dyes. ⺠We analyzed mesomorphic behavior in the level of structural changes. ⺠We examine optical and the electrical properties of new azobenzeneimines. ⺠They can be considered as potential materials for optoelectronic devices.
