Abstract
⺠DLS study of lysozyme solutions shows the existence of two modes. ⺠The fast relaxation mode characterizes the diffusion of lysozyme molecules. ⺠The slow mode is associated with the existence of protein clusters in solution. ⺠Minimum in temperature behavior of slow mode relaxation time appears if Clys is high. ⺠The minimum shifts to the higher-temperature region as the protein content increases.
