Abstract
⺠Binding of DL-PA with perylene in micellar media was investigated. ⺠FT-IR data proves changes in conformation of DL-PA with perylene. ⺠Effect of foreign ion substance and SDS was studied by proposed quenching method. ⺠Proposed quenching method is simple, selective and rapid. ⺠Study gives huge information about environment effect on amino acid structure.
