Abstract
⺠Analysis of solvent effect on antioxidant activity in different aqueous solutions of DMSO. ⺠Some flavonoids occurring in plant foods including and naringenin, chrysin, and daidzein. ⺠The influence of Ce(IV) chelation on the radical scavenging activity (RSA) of the flavonoids. ⺠The normalized polarity parameter (ETN) and Kamlet, Abboud, and Taft (KAT) parameters. ⺠The Yasuda-Shedlovsky extrapolation for determination of the RSA values in pure water.
