Abstract
												⺠Thermodynamic and optical studies provide phase transition temperatures and phase sequences. ⺠Material contains various phases: SmC and SmCA. ⺠Range of the dielectric spectroscopy of the material: 0.1 Hz to 10 MHz. ⺠Various relaxation mechanisms have been found in various phases of the material. ⺠Racemic AFLCs are expected to be better over surface stabilized FLC and AFLC cells for displays.
