Abstract
⺠Complex permittivity spectra of 2-Methoxyethanol(ME)-water mixtures were observed. ⺠As composition of ME in water increases the dielectric permittivity decreases. ⺠From water to ME the dielectric loss peak shifts towards lower frequency. ⺠The nonlinear behavior of ε0 and Ï against XW suggests heterogeneous interaction. ⺠Kirkwood correlation factor & excess properties compliments heterogeneous interaction.
