Abstract
►Intramolecular multiple force theory (IMMFT) is fitted with PVP for Gly interaction. ►Higher aqua-Gly density than of the aqua-PVP finds stronger Zwitterionic interaction. ►Higher limiting viscosity η0 for aqua-PVP over Gly infers stronger frictional force. ►Higher η0 for (Gly + PVP) over binary systems has greater Zwitterionic-PVP activities.
