Abstract
⺠Dielectric relaxation of ascorbic acid/sulfoxide/water mixtures has been studied. ⺠The low frequency relaxation (Debye term) is assigned to solute. ⺠The high frequency relaxation (Cole-Davidson term) is assigned to solvent. ⺠Very strong interaction takes place between DMSO (DESO) and ascorbic acid.
