Abstract
► Dielectric relaxation of ascorbic acid/sulfoxide/water mixtures has been studied. ► The low frequency relaxation (Debye term) is assigned to solute. ► The high frequency relaxation (Cole-Davidson term) is assigned to solvent. ► Very strong interaction takes place between DMSO (DESO) and ascorbic acid.
